currently, i face the following problems:
>my left arm is stronger than my right ( i tend to lean alot on to my left arm during pumping)
>right arm is thus considerably weaker
>probably as a result, unable to do chin-ups
>have a competition involving kayaking in 2 weeks. apparently it requires both arms to be strong

any sport equipment shop also have the extendable one...
still have to train both arms... but limit the maximum reps/sets/weight on your left arm to that of your right arm.
