All e COYs training are quite similar. Siong Coys vary with each intake given that most coy are officer COYS which are NSF dominated and each commander would take abt 4 batches of recruits each nia before they ORD. How siong e coy largely depends on how cb yr sg/2LT are cos they are e guys with u 24/7.
NINJA/MOHAWK have toned down since its infamous days liao lah. Dont exaggerate that NINJA is that siong compartive to other coys lah.

OC right? one sgt blatantly said that they are told to whack us, and even the nicest sgt will be damn nasty. like walao....where got so collectively even ur only humane sgt goes insane and starts screwing u. ok la, i dun wanna argue. yes its toned down. the oc dun literally come down and screw us up much, but then...tactics change. he uses the commanders under him. can?specop87, pls take over me in explaining. i'm tired.

the best was still the everything in, everything out from after lunch to just before a route march, kena pumping position on the boiling basketball court ground for v long :(

i'm from Pegasus. Now not so siong as u said in ur post, because my badge was PES C. Btw, we every morning do 5BX leh.
Pegasus got female sergent. Know her name some more.
I forget the Pegasus CSM name liao.

my time CSM was MSG Lim, full of badges, as expected from a CDO. i think should be different CSM from what Chelzea posted earlier on, cos forum_dude mentioned his CSM also promoted to 2WO.
just curious in the first place :)
