What is the worst vocation to sign on as in the army? infantry? cdo? what you guys think?

poor pay?
siong training?
slow promotion?
always do sai kang?

It depends on the individual interest since some might like more logistics work, some might like more combat related and even combat related there are different types.
Someone who likes combat work will hate log work and vice versa.
As long as you are interested in the vocation, any of them should be ok and no best or worse

well worse as in a general and broad spectrum of reasons. juz wanna hear from ppl why they personally feel some vocations are bad.

The worst vocation is Combat engineers !!!
infantry dig foxhole - you dig foleholes + underground hospital + command post + a lot more !!
Infantry & cdo - carry field pack when move out - you move out - carry field pack and all the equipments to do every dirty jobs !!!
Life is hell - building metal bridges , digging underground command center , minefields !!!
Dangerous also - so many heavy machines around, explosives and mine !!!
It is a shit job !!! -
To me... The worst voaction is the one which wastes your time...

My definition for 'worst' is when you signed on for a vocation and later realised you are not cut out for it and end up like those condemned regulars who like to siam responsibilities and arrow tasks to others.

let's see...i've been an RP, a storeman, a MG gunner, and a scout...
I think RP is the shittiest...if you're garang, your camp personnel will hate you. If you're slack, your CSM will screw you.
Storeman...must ensure everything looks good on paper, always getting screwed over minor paper work mistakes (why you use black pen!? shred and rewrite! Go find RQ re-sign! "sir rq go home already" NOT MY PROBLEM!) Not to mention all those GSI checks and LRI. But when battalion go outfield...shiok arh...slack in camp like king.
MG gunner....no need say so much lah. Shiong part is walking to objective....once reach, go FFB tangkap awhile. But cleaning it is......u know i know lah.
Scout.....cannot lose face during PT sessions. If not everyone who runs faster than you and can do more chin-ups than you will go "wah, your standard like that, i also can become scout liao...=D" somemore got more and more cute things for us to play like UGS, AHHTI, UAV, laptops, and the bloody manpack dinghy boat....by the time reach objective, war over liao lo....hahahaha!

actually...it's bmt OOC - storeman course - storeman - bmt recourse - RP course - RP - AIT - rifleman - scout course... so currently i'm a battalion scout, as well as a organic inf plt mg gunner. Sounds messy eh...lol!
And my point in the last post was...all vocations got their fair share of shit, but i feel that though being a combatant is tough, it comes with a good deal of pride. But for the logistics guys out there who suffer in silence, no one really gives them respect.

Well, i said already, look at the rilfe coy chiong, and my platoon, i think it lucky already. Maybe because, i am not in SCE ba, tt'y i feel this way.
For Engineers, our xiong might just last an hour or so for just that mobility or counter-mobility. In worse case is that few hours for the minfield. Yet for rifle coy, they go 10km and chiong up the hill, not even 2hrs later, they go on another 6km ... say how, is that comparaing ??? (I understand that ppl in 30SCE still got APB and the wretched underground BCP and etc ... so sorry there) -
