  u will need to apply for the leave application thru ur unit clerk. dunno who e clerk, then pls ask ard... ask ur superior too, as he is the one granting and approving the leave applications for both local and overseas... now all leave applications is done thru the mindef online leave system via the mindef intranet...
  
  NO need to apply for exit permit since travel is less than 6 months, and NO need to go www.ns.sg to input overseas notification since u r a nsf...

  if less than 6 months, just notify via the overseas notification system on www.ns.sg :
  
  -for reservist, input the required info.
  -for nsf, NO NEED TO DO... since the intranet leave application system already have record for in service personnel...

  But a NSF's unit may require him to inform them whenever heading overseas on normal day-offs too (inc. weekends & public holidays). So check with your Encik or S1 cell on any such SOPs ...

  u need to inform your unit and get approval for overseas leave.
  
  If kena caught overseas while on local leave..u kena charge jialat jialat....worse case got emergency or activation, u siao liao...
