  In ensuring the competitiveness of the DXO Scheme, we have revised our starting salaries for DXOs (without prior work experience) to the range of $2,590 (Pass Degree) to $3,080 (Good Honours).   i noe this website but i want to know the actual number just for 2nd lower only + NS increment....the website u give i go there b4 but it never give the actual some for 2nd lower + how much the NS increment

  Hmm, most of their recruitment for the cushy posts are direct from the Unis..
  
  Most likely you might not end up in Policy/Planning group..
  
  Pay wise, it's comparable to the rest of the Civil Service. Its as listed.

  well...i get to see a good amount of 'posting plans' and orbat charts etc. and there are pretty few DXOs who are honours holders...
  
  in fact a good amount have only A level cert or below.
