Malays in Armour and Arty

  this is singapore...bottomline, the govt DO NOT TRUST the malays in these vocations..yeah, there are malay pilots in RSAF, but only two out of hundreds? come on, if everything is fair and square, then i think the number will be more than a pathetic two!
  
  of course, in the newspapers govt always praised the malays for their achievements in terms of education achievement etc or even lesser of them being drug addicts, but at the end of the day, if the govt are not opening oppotunities to the malays, then it's no point at all..sadly, the mat do not realise this...

  kaiser II , there are opportunities out there for the malays, just not that much in the military as compared to private sector. please retract your words.

  I think the problem is not with the goverment but is with the malays themselves
  Coz how many malays are able to have the education to qualify for the pilot

  don't worry, i'm not diminishing the glory of being a malay...i am malay myself..juz that's i'm pissed with all these statistics of personnel in the army..we are singaporeans, then why not give the same opportunities as the other races?

  well... whatever it is, we'll probably never know the truth for all these pathetic statistics. we can only speculate, and speculating will usually not lead to the truth. so moderators should close this thread already.
