We urgently need people.
I mean, they are desparate enough to send NSFs to their frigates?
My advice to you is, DO NOT sign-on unless you are prepared to multi-task under mental stress, and can tolerate sea-state.
Nope. I'm an NSF.Originally posted by Resentment:are you a regular in navy? lolz.
x 2!Originally posted by LazerLordz:The RSN's new roles in the 3G SAF require more manpower and longer/more intensive deployments.
then talk to saf army... army devour most of the nsf into army soldiers...Originally posted by SBS3625D:x 2!
But frankly speaking...it would be better to get more people than the usual crew we are expected to get because, even with the full complement.......
it is still too few.
To fight a battle more effectively, you need more manpower. There's only so much 1 can multi-task.
Apparently thats what we're trained for, to multi-task!! That explains the tremondous mental stress one gets.Originally posted by SBS3625D:x 2!

But when you think about it......more manpower would be more desirable right?Originally posted by Rovert:Apparently thats what we're trained for, to multi-task!! That explains the tremondous mental stress one gets.
Well, its all part and parcel of training and survival. Jus suck it up and do ur job Seaman.
Your whining is making me feel sick and ashamed when i know we're bothSeaman but of a different voc and platform. Im WCS and LST trained.
If u think i`ve stepped on ur tail by being so straightforward then let me tell u, there are some things u dont know but i know. As i`ve been in both the Ops and Admin side of things. 191 Sqn and HQ RSN respectively.
PS: I aint ruling out the possibility there are things u know and i dont know too yeah? So.. PEACE OUT!
Fairwinds and following seas fellow Sailor!
Haha, but really, what else are they supposed to do? Show people doing fatigue work? Admin work?Originally posted by tut4nkh4m3n:and they make it seem so grand
whats wrong wif showing to the public the REAL naval military life?Originally posted by whitenoise:Haha, but really, what else are they supposed to do? Show people doing fatigue work? Admin work?
Its quite senseless to draw NSFs in.Originally posted by eac:whats wrong wif showing to the public the REAL naval military life?
now ads show so glam machiam like some small time modelling agency scam for what...?
showing a typical office worker unglam side for a glam touchup factor naval job? not fair what... if show the real glam side of office vs. the real glam side of military... the pros and cons.......in the end.. guess who wins....
as i said, the only way to get more nsf pple into navy is by drawing in more nsf pple from the conventional military land army.........
