NSmen posting

  Im trained as Signal Spec, posted to Armoured Engineer, after ORD posted to Armour Unit. And i got a recall back from Signal march 2008 while kept having Ops manning from Armour Unit.
  
  My questions are
  
  1. Am i supposed to serve 2 reservist Unit?
  2. What Engineer got to do with Armour?
  3. If SAF feel they dont want me just leave me alone, dont throw me around, alone!!!
  4. Is this posting NORMAL for Signal Spec?
  5. If not where can i get support or assistant from?
  
  Really hope peoples here can help me and understand how i felt when i ORD myself with no buddy and felt NS lifes totally suck!! And worse now is im posted to Armour where i have no ideas what they want me to do. Well, i think logically i should be posted at least back to the Engineer Unit where i served my NS right?

  Signal is support unit... so i think kena throw around quite common.

  u might just be recall back from signal for some signal course, while ur official reservist unit is with armoured engineer.

  Well, i dun mind if they just leave me back in Engineer...i hav make my friends and brothers there...but now its Armour Unit and not Engineer lor...

  anyone know how SAF do the posting? based on anything or anyhow?
  anywhere i can check this or lodge any complain or show my discomfort?

  You could have a chat with your previous unit S1 and see if they can pull you back.

  I had been a garang soldier in the NSF life and proud to be so.
  Well, but since this is the way SAF wanna treat me, i guess its only fair that i be more selfish and siam anything i can now.
  Im going to see specialist soon for some old injuries, will do my best to get downgrade as i am really too disappointed with SAF already.

  Have you joined the SAR unit for their ICT? If so, you would've known whether they're newly-ORDed or already in midcycle. They might only have treated you as a make-up inclusion, just temporarily filling in for someone who's deferred (ICT &/or mob manning).
  
  If you like where you're posted to, liaise with your commander there to recommend you as a permanent keeper on their nominal roll.
