most of the time nth wrong one. cuz when someone hurts himself, considered mentally unstable already. den will just send for counselling. seen some ppl cut here and there also nth wrong with them. only get more mc.

I am a P tagged NSF .
i just gone through my 7 week bmt , POC on tuesday next week .
cos i went thorugh my bmt with sucidal thoughts , supposed to c the saf Psychological medicine branch but the company clerk forgot to tell me so i am reshecduled .
I also punched the cabinet during my BMT days .
currently under consuelling at defense tower B , i heard pmb also at defense tower there .
sometimes feel like dying .
wanna know what's the consequences of slashing myself so that i wont do it . -
if you dun have the balls to face the consequences, then make sure you slash yourself well and deep lor ....

anyway,i went through the BMT too with much blues...
2 months of regimental discipline and tiring training..i endured through...
glad to say, i got over it with the support of my family..
what i want to say is, don't underestimate what care and support from your family can do.
why don't you try talking to them more for a change?
tell them how you feel exactly. dun be afraid.
anyway, next time u want to self-mutilate, think of your family who loves you..
...your dad, mum, siblings...they would be at a loss if something happens to you whom they love so much.
