Most ORD personnel will either be super strict or super slack with their last batch and for PES C, its almost always slack since they can't do much to you all anyway unlike the PES A/B batches.

yeah those ord personnels can be extreme cases, but i think they should be quite slack, afterall 1 month + ord lo unless they bottling up all their feelings from handling a pes c batch.

Most of the time those left 1 month won't really be taking the new batches since they will be clearing leave. SISPEC/OCS side i am not sure whether you are given the choice but most stuff in army where you go is decided by CPC not by you. raven quite welfare in some areas but xiong in others... got good and bad la. My time the road march was so fast it was like fast march and completed 16k b4 dinner time as compared to other coy. It really depends on your Plt sgt and sgt.
