You haven't hear the latest airforce news yet... now the airbases undergoing some massive decentralisation... base commander is now a RESERVIST role, and DY commander is a REGULAR role. Weird.
then now got APGC (Air Poer Generation Command), ACC (Air Combat Command), PC (Participation Command), blah blah.. Siao liao
Loooks like they trying to copy US and SAC. -

seems like an easy task. But when you look at the internal reshuffle, you will blur until eyes pop out (even each airbase HQ will spilt into 2!
