However all of us who been in and out of it we know the flaws in the entire system. Theres alot of room for improvement in the SAF, i believe everyone of us in the different vocations feel there are ways that our respective formations to improve to increase efficiency but most of them are not implemented even if we suggest. With all the loopholes etc we know, its not really hard to cripple SAF's operations since they don't make it hard in the first place. -

5. The Qing dynasty is incompetent but as usual there were still be some people who will chose to forever be loyal to the dynasty no matter how badly they are being treated.
Same goes to the SAF. There will always be some people who will chose to be loyal to the SAF no matter how badly they are being treated. Even if they are being thrown into DB they still love and serve the SAF wholeheartily -

The co-ordinated fire power of SAF is not by chance. There's a lot of work done at the higher level, where people at the bottom don't get to see.
The people who does saikang are just like frogs in the well looking up. They will be frustrated and upset, but somebody got to do those stuff.
They are not at the higher level not because they are no good, but because of their short 2 years NSF. They can do well or better in the commercial world.
So, let us give our support to those regulars who put their best years in the SAF so that the rest of us need only do 2 years NSF. -

Yeah but don't forget SAF still depends more on NSF than regulars to run everything including manning most of those advance technology. Alot of plans made by the higher levle people just takes into account what they want to achieve. Once implemented, we have to follow their plans and how often does it make our work even more difficult than before, wasting even more resources than the old system does? Many loopholes in the system are not really rectified well and very often we work like shit to get things right and just because things look right when it reach higher level, they feel their plan was great...
If you want say people are frogs in the well then i would say the entire place is covered by wells with frogs in them and higher management see everything but what the frogs can see which when added together will be a larger picture because we know how things work on the ground better than they do. -
Aiya every organisation has it pros and cons,it just that SAF is a Non profit organisation hence competition is not fierce,jobs more secure, so we can see alot of slackers around LOL,of course lah ,also have those really hardworking,passion people(regardless of regular ,nsfs) around,but it somehow hard to see LOL,in my 2.5 yrs in army
