I've a MP sgt above me and i hope MP spec course and MP course for man are almost the same. He told me there's outfield for MPs and the outfield is like 5 days in tekong. There's a lot of drills and very regimental. He told me the regimentation is worst than BSLC. You'll also learn military laws, ROE, and some practical lessons like handcuffing of people and how to interrogate pows.Originally posted by IceHaven:can i know roughly what mp training will go to?lol cause i got posted to MP TS too.

Course definitely stay in, there's no stay in or stay out vocation, depends on the unit. My unit got lots of signallers and they pretty much do nothing and it's a stay out cause my unit is a stay out unit.Originally posted by Detached:Really cb... Pes A stayout... C9l9 stay in... sigh... bo wei gong..
Thanks for the clarification, WP. I'm pacified now.Originally posted by WP_:Course definitely stay in, there's no stay in or stay out vocation, depends on the unit. My unit got lots of signallers and they pretty much do nothing and it's a stay out cause my unit is a stay out unit.
Sometime stay in is good if your camp is very far. Don't need to rush to camp just for roll call. Enjoy your course, when you get to unit, you'll be more concern about other stuffs than stay in or stay out.
so im on the combat side? will there b outfields?Originally posted by N_StInK:To the guys that is going to 24SA,
firstly khatib camp is the home of the gunners. It is a place where the best behaviour is expected.
ou will operate radars and weather stuff to facilitate the live firing for the arty guns. Whenever they go for eoverseas live firing, you will go.
I was an arty officer and in 1 yr, i went to India, Thailand, Wallaby and Taiwan. That is like going overseas every 2 months.
You will do that too.
It will be fun. Dun worry. But heard the BSM[battery sergeant major] is going to change to some fucker so be prepared to spend new yr in camp if u do not behave.
Do your see artillery used in urban areas?Originally posted by lanevo1987:so im on the combat side? will there b outfields?

Most likely. If need you stayin also at least not the first week since there is no instructions to bring in anything. FBO can practically be thrown away in airforce, don't think you'll ever need touch anything green much anymore.Originally posted by stellazio:4. Special Instruction:
No Camera Handphone is allowed. Please bring along 4 passport size color photos, a set of PT Kit, photocopies of highest educational certificate, result transcript and own writing materials ONLY on the first day of reporting. FBO is NOT required.
if they say this, most likely is stay out right?
