How is the enrolment to the different coys determined? Is it by the PES status and napfa result? Example enrolment to xiong coy like Ninja determind by PES and napfa ?

no. its ur heng suay luck. each company is just like rojak , all dependable on intake batch. e.g. PTP-Leadership, Direct Leadership, Obese....etc.

today when i reached SFT after a week of training in tekong, i saw all the NEW RECRUITS with their gf/family. our guys were exclaiming, "DONT WORRY RECRUIT, I WILL LOOK AFTER YOUR GIRLFRIEND WHEN YOU'RE IN CAMP!" wah lan eh those guys face jitao upside down, and one of the recruits fathers sniggered. Overheard : "Kim mor? LATER BO MOR LIAO WAHAHAH"
i just LURVE disturbing new recruits. -

ur 2wk confinement starts in PTP or BMT phase? -
about the NAFA and IPPT, Do they contact you before your BMT to have you take it or they take it from your sec sch results?

What is the requirement to pass out BMT?
Is it a pass on all 4 ?
1) IPPT
2) SOC
3) Field Camp
4) Range ? -

Also, how and when will notification of enlistment be served? -
If u taking A-Level this year, then most probably next year bah, but early part(ard Jan/Feb). Notification of enlistment will be send by a letter to ur home. For my 2 weeks of confinement, do ppl normally bring shampoo? And erm, how often should i do my laundry? Cos its going to be the rainy season soon and i want my uniform dry.

laundry? during my time, and it was still 3 wk confinements then, i did minimal. so, same set wear for quite a while lor.
