  hi i'm enlisting to pasir ris camp..its a cdo thing.. but im confused leh.. many ppl say my starting pay is same as the rest right from the start..
  
  others say i still need to go thru another 3 months of cdo bmt after the normal one. while some say my bmt will be harsher and stricter the moment i enter..
  
  so i need to go thru 6 months of bmt??
  anyone can enlighten me?..

  I've got 2 list stating the things needed to bring. 1 says need to bring shaver and swimming trunk, and the other say will be provided... so is what ?... can help ? ... thankx

  One trick I used in BMT: I had a separate set of toothbrush, soap box, uniform etc which I placed in my cupboard sui sui just for stand by bed. I never touch them and so they are always neat and clean. Those recruits with wet toothbrush or some soap on the cover of the soap box always kena punished...
  
  I have a separate set that I used regularly in my private compartment.

  if u need tips and u want to suck up to PC, u don't deserve to go to OCS. let alone pass out as an officer.
  the guys over here who passed out of OCS would agree with me that the standard is indeed dropping.

  If i fail my ippt test during my PTP phase, will i still join BMT batch or under recourse?
  
  And can i bring religious book in during my enlistment? I would like to bring a buddhists book.

  even if u fail PTP u will still go for BMT with the same company.

  What does the coys B,C,F,H mean ? I am enlisting sept period, bmtc school 2. But i thought there are the ninja, scorpion coy etc , where are they ?
