Can try your luck since many travel agents are there. I'm sure they'll help you get the tickets too. But then again, if it's just tickets, any other agents would be ok (correct me if I'm wrong). Else, can try e-ticket.

When I went Perth last year, I went to this travel agent called Joyful Holidays at Peninsular Plaza (2nd Floor).
I think there are a few along Beach Road. (not too specific) -

I was very pleased with their service.
When i last book the Perth tix thru them, prior to the issue of the tix, they actually called me whenever there's a new promo to make sure i get cheaper tix. Even tho i already paid a higher price, they refunded the diff to me via my credit card!
And if they need some UNI dollars to make the tix cheaper, i can use mine to get you the discounts! just call me
