I, "Oceanos" humbly make a call to all fellow Pagans, Wiccans & Practicioners of the Craft regardless of your Paths & Traditions to step forward & gather here in my haven ~*~ LIGHT OF ATLANTIS ~*~! I beseech All of You to give your views & supports on the Values & Beliefs of the Old Ways! I sincerely ask All of You to Redress these Unjustified Accusations to us by the Author of the below Quoted Excerpts from one of his many postings which is directed not only to me but All of the New Age, Pagan, Wiccan Scene & greatly insulted All in the Field of Esoterics & Occults.Originally posted by the Bear:

what disturbs me is that a bunch of people, influenced by someone selling snake oil, are willing to throw away their very humanity, alienate those who care for them, for a pile of baubles and a lifestyle they know less than nothing about, to speak in a way they haven't a clue why it is spoken, to say that they are practitioners in crafts they know less than zero of?
frankly, i could not care less if you deluded yourselves...
i guess there will be people like this to take care of the people BT Barnum said were born every minute...

The craft is not one thing to be trifled with... Kinda sad how this incident turned out. All the same, for any of the craft who feels unjustified as well, do take a stand...

I made this plead & petition to all who are in any Spiritual paths or Religions who has full faith in your beliefs & values to step forward & join us in the secession of the wrongful unverifiable accusations by people who misunderstood us, perceive us as "spooky" , "Nut", what is this World becoming? I really don't know, Is the End Near?
Are we less 'Human" or not of flesh & blood like others? The answer is " NO " , we are human like the rest of the Humanity in the World! If One's Beliefs & Values are different, we accept that & respect that! But somehow it has become an Mass Maleficious Attack not only direct at us, our Beliefs & Values, even our Basic Human Rights. Do they have the Right? I guess Not!
So its Time for us, these normal simple folks to redress that, clear our names to the Masses misled by some self-acclaimed "Preacher" or "Father" to the extent of a Fake Gospel who feel they are better in their Wisdom & Knowledge than that of Compassionate "Mother Teresa" whose life earned more Merits & Respects by her kindness & contribution to Humanity in the World. I would rather believe that than to succumb to some malignations as these... Please make your Stand...My Brothers & Sisters of Light...

HE who Give Eternal Life to All Who Believe on Him.
Shalt enter the Kingdom & have Eternal Life, It is supreme and ever-increasing happiness where all sin and all sadness will be gone. All that is evil and harmful in this fallen creation will be removed. All that is good – all that will bring true and lasting happiness – will be preserved and purified and intensified.

Again the scripture are taken as they were in the Bible as they represented neither twisted nor distorted, do not misunderstand if not ask your fellow brother in the Church or read up the Bible. If memory serves me right, jesus did bless (or something liddat) a kind man not on the christian path... showing that he too accepts another tradition as long as god is within the man... With time, things changed. Technology changed, some of the things can no longer apply to modern society. Things such as the burning times are trials past... isn't it?
I'm not seeking to challenge, but to clarify. To me, a spell is an active form of prayer. I may pray to god, but not through christ. Though god preaches for love and peace unto all, isn't it? By honoring his values, will be honoring god. God is in the heart and intention is it not? Pray tell, is one more pious when one holds god's values dear, or is one more pious that sins for six days a week and sits in church for the 7th day?
I still think it be right for everyone to seek their individual way to god. for spiritual awakenings are very personal things. -
