As the 'State guest' BYJ came, Singapore was 'paralyzed'

Top star BYJ had paralyzed Singapore.

BYJ, who visited Singapore on 18 th on 2 nights and 2 days' schedule for the promotion of the movie 'Scandal-The Love Story of Men & Women in Chosun,' made his popularity felt real as he was treated at the level of the head of state including the close guarding by the government as fans gathers in when he entered the country.

On the 18th, the Changyi International Airport in Singapore was almost paralyzed due to over 600 fans who came out to welcome BYJ and for this the 'Joon's Family,' th elocal fan club in Singapore had rented 8 tour buses to tranport the fans. In particular, on that day, in addition to the Singaporean fans, the fans from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, U.S.A., and Canada flew in to Singapore to greet BYJ>

For that, the Singaporean government helped BYJ to enter the country conveniently by preparing a special guest entrance examination booth, and provided the closer guarding mobilizing a platoon of special airport guards. When BYJ moved from the airport to the Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel, the rare scene happened where in addition to the automobiles of the security team, the fans' cars were escorting BYJ's car as they drove at close proximity to his car. Also the hotel rooms were all sold out with reservation from fans 5 days before BYJ arrived, ahd it showed theire sincerity including the personal check-in service by the general manager of the hotel.

On the other hand, the local press also shows heated interest in the BYJ's visit to Singapore. A Singaprean weekly, '8 Days' placed BYJ on its cover in its most recent edition and reported in detail about his popularity. The magazine reported happening during BYJ's visit to Taiwan, in which a lady master of the ceremony for the press conference took his photos on the stage letting her duty of MCing behind her along with the reponses of Singaprean fans.

Also it reported "fans had reserved the rooms costing at least 165 Singaprean Dollar (about 120,000 Won) a night at the Grand Copthone Waterfront Hotel with vague hope that they may accidently bump into their idol, and bought the plane tickets for 18th & 20th to enter the restricted area," and reported the "Wars of fans' to see BYJ as "if it cannot be next to him, they want to breathe the same air

'Hot wind of BYJ' had paralyzed the Changyi International Airport in Singapore.

BYJ had arrived at Singapore At 7 PM (Local time) on 18th for the promotion of the movie 'Scandal-The Love Story of Men & Women in Chosun.'

On that day the Changyi International Airport had disturbance due the fans who had swarmed in from the Southeast Asian coutries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, etc in addtion to those from Singapore of course. The number of BYJ fans who gathered in the airport was over 500 at a moderate estimate.

A worker at the Changyi Airport marveled at the popuplarity of BYJ, telling "It is the first time these many people gathered to see a foreign star since the opening of the Airport.
Even when the world renowned star Tom Cruize came to Singapore, about 200 fans came out."
According to him, some enthusiastic fans even bought the plane tickets and went into the gate to a little closer look at BYJ . Also as many employee of the Changyi Airport had converged to take photos of the scenes of BYJ's entrance, there was happening of brief paralysis of the airport business.

Under the special consideration by the Singaporean government, BYJ entered without special procedure to enter the country throught VIP exit.
including the mobilization of the airport security corps for guarding him, BYJ was treated almost at the level of the head of state.

Some fans who came out to the airport on that day called 'BYJ' repetitively while holding the poster of the 'Scandal-The Love Story of Men & Women in Chosun' which will open in Singapore in this weekend. The fans from Indonesia attracted the attention as they put up the flagcard saying 'Indonesia Love You.' Jessica (22), an enthusiastic fan of Singapore, could not hide her excitement saying, "I cannot believe the fact that I had seen BYJ personally with my own eyes. I am breathless."

BYJ looked to have moved greatly as he had received the passionate welcome in Singapore on that day, following his visit to Taiwan in early March. BYJ could not hide his joy saying, "I am thankful to tears as very many foreign fans welcomed me as they even came out to the airport. As much as my heart throbs, I feel big burden to do better in the future."

The fans who came from all over the Southeast Asia made reservation in a large numbers at the 'Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel' where BYJ stays.
They keeps calling the rooms where BYJ's managers stay without break and showers them all sorts of questions, "I want to deliver presents," "When will BYJ exercise at the hotel fitness center?, etc.
Not only that some fans are known to have reserved the plane seats on a flight in AM of 20th which BYJ will be on for Hong Kong.
As the fans are converging like these, BYJ's agency are taking particular care in preparation for the accident which might happens.

Right after he arrived at Singapore, BYJ directly went to the hotel and took a rest.
BYJ had dinner with over 10 staff at 8:10 PM.
After that, at 10 PM he exercised with his personal trainer in the fitness center which was specially offered by the hotel.
