Y is there so many people queuing for newspaper?

  early morning...ppl stand up in a group waitin n queueing for today / streats...c them take finish their newspaper all run like hell jumping around escalators to mrt to work...singaporeans realy kiasu..

  There's a line of poeple at the bus interchange, waiting for the paper delivery. I think it's crazy that they make time to wait... I think it's a waste of time. But maybe this is their only source of newspapers.

  haha.. yah lor.... every morning, i'll be rushing cos i'm always late for work....
  but then, if see ppl waiting for papers, that means i'm still early and can walk slower... keke.. but seldom get to see them....

  i believe its more the latter than the former.
  
  if it truly is desire for information, there wont be a need to take more than one per person. but u see ppl queueing multiple times or asking for multiple copies. sometimes i wonder if they feed on them.

  i'm not sure about this. all that i know is that my entire block has free Streats & Today(except for Weekend Today) every morning, Mon to Fri. we did not ask anything or else they might stop free delivery.....
