  Hi, May i ask anyone has interests in BaZi, which is a traditional art of chinese destiny prediction, also known as 8 characters or 4 pillars of destiny. If you have experience in this topic, please share with us. Thanks :)

  An example of my practise: 2010庚寅40. 鹤立孤树�=》 高高在上，傲气�足，顺畅�势。但是�功之��注�人际关系欠佳。 2010 luck is good. You enjoy good position and are proud of your achievement. However, need to take care of human relationship and health. 2011辛�41. 抱兔追寻龙=》奋斗�懈，刻苦�劳中欲放心�下原事物，烦��考较多。 2011 luck is average. You continue to work hard despite tough condition. At the same time, you seems to be unsettled and has many concerns in your mind.

Team work - Not sure about how things will be when I transfer back but now that I was given a portfolio change within my existing dept. Currently I enjoy a pretty decent working relationship with the director and the supervisor. But still feel quite demoralised, worried and down re my career. While I look forward to the transfer, I am also worried about it. Also I am going to ROM this year, so the part on love is right too :-)
