Think alot .... you need rest .... don't overwork your mind ...Meditation Can help you find back your confident .... your been lock inside you, so have to unlock it.
go massage it will help you rest well and have a good night sleep with good dream ...
I alway go for massage, it help me to gain back my strenght ....
