  Well this is not a good mole, such mole can cause harm or accident, also may indicate short life. If its slightly lower also indicate suicidal tendency. I would suggest you remove it if it is a black mole that is visible & not hidden by your hair, if it is always covered by your hair it is fine. If it is a reddish mole then it is very auspicious, it indicate everything in your life will go smoothly irregardless of whatever issue you may encounter, there is always benefactor (Gui Ren) aid.

  I have a couple of moles on my face and i wouldn't mind finding out what they mean. Please refer to the photo for the positioning. The size of the dots are relative to the size of the moles, with the bigger dots being the more prominent ones and the rest being medium except one, which is small yet clear.
  
  I also have a particularly prominent mole on my left palm and i always wondered what it could mean. It is indicated by a red dot on the picture provided.
  
  Any guidance in the matter would be much appreciated

  Well both not good mole, the one on the top indicate you will encounter many setbacks & defeats in life. The slightly lower one also indicate you attract alot of love interests however it will lead to complicated relationships, love & emotional issueS. Your look must boyish & dashing...hahaha
  
  I would suggest you remove them if they are black moles that are big & visible.

  Mole on the left side around the eye depending on location also as in which part of the eye. Dark Mole on nose are all inauspicious, their influence again depend on location.
  
  Mole on private part, depending on which part also. Generally its an indication the person is promiscuous.

  Well any moles under the right eye is not good mole, what kind of influence they exert depend on their specific location. Your description not that clear its closer to the corner of right eye or middle. Anyway all are inauspicious moles.
  
  I would suggest you remove the mole if its big & visible.

  This Mole on the left side of face near the eye is inauspicious, such mole can cause harm or accident, I would suggest removal of this mole if its very big, black & prominent.
  
  Mole on private part, as with your picture an indication the person is promiscuous with high sexual drive easily succumb to desire & pleasure. His life will be full of complicated love relationships.

  Well Mole on the back has different meanings for Male or Female. For Female, such Mole indicate a lack of prosperity & career luck. Finance well not so good, work & career also not that good, you don't stay in same job for long due to some reasons or another. I would suggest removal of this mole.

  Well if the Mole is slightly above your upper lip on the left towards the middle, this is an auspicious mole that indicate good luck.

  Well Mole below lower lip is auspicious but it depend on the exact position also. Mole on right cheek is inauspicious. Mole on Left Index finger indicate obstruction in getting success, fortune, luck & fame. Mole above navel is auspicious.
