Any Magickal Amulets, Talismans & Charms can be exhausted in time that why its dependable on the Power of the Maker which is essential for the Amulets, Talismans & Charms to be potent. Recharging can be done by the Maker or simply using various magickal product such as" Magickal Oil" to anoint on it to maintain & enhance its working. However there are also some Magickal Amulets, Talismans & Charms that will become stronger & more potent as time goes by. What you ask is very generic & subjective.

Workmanship of Magickal Amulets, Talismans & Charms will be dependable on whether its commercial produced or hand-made. Commercially produced items will not have any defect, defective products canot be put up for sale. Hand-made items although cannot be perfect however there cannot be any mistake with the sigils on them.
Any Magickal Amulets, Talismans & Charms available in my LOA are quality assured, every item is properly cleansed, enchanted, empowered & blessed unless stated before they are put up for sale. It will work towards its intended purposes.
Since you have so much doubts in everything, there is no need for you to use or wear any Magickal Amulets, Talismans & Charms. Making loose talk no use, action will speak louder than words. Experiencing the effect yourself is far better than a thousand words, reactions & results will speak for itself. i feel that the amulet i got from OCEANOS is very good
it is able to protect me from the negative energy found in the environment such that it will not stain onto my aura which will make me feel uncomfortable.
in terms of luck, i use to wear some necklace which i bought from the shops, thus, uncharged. everytime i wear it n gamble, will lose most of the time. but when i wear the amulet i got from OCEANOS, will win most of the time
