Merry Meet To All,
We have just enter the New Year 2007, this year is good to manifest plans we have been making for the past years. Take care not to strain ourselves physically,mentally or spiritually.
We are not just our physical selves. We are multi-dimensional beings, composed of an Inner Spirit, a Mental body, an Emotional body, a Vital body, and a Physical body. The Energy of these bodies becomes progressively subtler from Physical to Spiritual & they need to be in Harmony. When Disharmony occurs in any of these Energy Bodies, problems will occur & ultimately manifest into Physical issues like Illnesses. Illnesses may just be developed initially by just a little stress for prolonged period. How do we achieve Harmony with our Body, Mind & Spirit? One of the oldest ways is through Meditation.
Why Meditation? Traditionally meditation was (and still is) used for spiritual growth...i.e. becoming more conscious; unfolding our inner Light, Love, & Wisdom; becoming more aware of the guiding Presence in our lives; accelerating our journey home to our True Self... our Spirit.
More recently, meditation has become a valuable tool for finding a peaceful oasis of relaxation and stress relief in a demanding, fast-paced world.
Other uses include:
Healing
Emotional cleansing & balancing
Deepening concentration & insight
Manifesting change
Developing intuition
Unlocking creativity
Exploring higher realities
Finding inner guidance
Communicating with your Guides
LOA will be organising "Guided Meditation With Oceanos" every month for different purposes like Healing, Chakra Cleansing, Manifestation & many more at a small Energy Exchange Love Donation. Each Session will last an hour or more without any requirements, All are welcome. If you would let me guide you, I am sure that i can help you in achieving the Harmony with your Body, Mind & Spirit. Cleansing, Balancing, & Healing at all Levels... Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Vital, & Physical.

I am thinking of holding a Meditation Session this Sunday, 14th january 2007. I have not decided on what kind of Meditation, maybe something for Prosperity. So who will be coming? I will confirm the session only if the response is ok as i do understand start of the year, many will be busy with work & other commitments. If the session is on, i may be able to give a talk on ~LOA 2007 Chinese Zodiac Forecast for Year Of The Fire Pig~ or ~ZHENG YANG MEN : HEAVENLY POWERS OF PIXIU TO BESTOW WEALTH~. All are welcome.
