Well i feel you have weak constituition since childhood. Practicising Martial Arts may help in compensating for that. The Foundation core energy is there internally however not strong enough. I saw it when i 1st met you!

Now, I'm much more careful, especially after SARS scare. My whole class have to go home early because we came into contact with a suspected case. Got a bit too paranoid I guess, sometimes temperatures shoot quite high.
Internally, not strong, I agree. Will need more training.
