I know that chinese name will affect a person's life, but what about english name?

I have a feeling that my english name is no gd. I ever chance upon a website that gave me a full description of my name, and it spelt out all my weaknesses. I have changed my chinese name, and am considering to change my english name as well, but I duno how to choose a good name.
Is there a website or book that can teach me how to choose a name that matches my birthdate etc? Is it better that I dun have an english name? -

Yes, One's name will affect various aspects of one's live, be it your dialect name or english name. Your name is what other know you as, it carries your personal energy & of coz its interlinked with your birthdate. A name is chosen for certain reason other than you feel its nice, you got to consider what can this name bring you. A good Name will further enhance the good in your life, a bad name will affect all that is good in your life. So choosing a Right Name is important to yourself, parents & kids. So what is consider a good name? Well this name must be one that will enhance the desired Quality & Goal you seek, able to complement your birthdate. As in if you desire "Fame", Your birthdate is unable to give you the "Fame" you seek in life however fret not, you can enhance this desire of yours by choosing a Right Name.

Name are given by parents..chinese saying "walk don't change name, do never change surname"..
Your parent should have something in mind for you when they named you. Should avoid changing..that my advise. -

my mum alrd gave me her consent.
I'm already using my new name.
My siblings' names are not given by my parents. My english name is not given by my parents too. -

Welcome. What i mean is the full name in your NRIC irregardless dialect or hanyu pinyin.

Well there is always a reason why you parent chose your name & of coz there is always a reason behind why One has the desire to change their name. If there is not a need too why would anyone go through all the troubles for it. Thanks for sharing.

My Rules & Regulations are in here all these while in my sticky thread just there is no specific board for them. You may ask me why is a need for these Rules & Regulations. Its because this is to safeguard the interests of all in here & my LOA. You can have a look in ~*~ LIGHT OF ATLANTIS ~*~ Announcement & Notice Board for more details & informations.
As previously some adverse events had occurred due to hotlinking of sites whereby someone tried some stuffs suggested by informations from third party site posted by another in here, Things went wrong & got out of hand, in the end i got to solve the problem personally. If the latter have not approached earlier, mishaps would have happened. If not for the immediate actions i took to solve the problems & complications that arised due to misuse of informations provided by third party site, the issue will not be solved amicably. I do wish to see any complications or legal issues occur in here. I hope you understand, sorry for any inconveniences caused.
You are free to post whatever you want however you are solely liable for any vicarious liabilities that may incur in event of complications or legal issues due to any misrepresentation, misuse of informations provided by the site you posted. I am only explaining to you out of good will as a friend. I have never implied you are causing trouble or anything when you posted some link initially, i already wanted to remove it, i discuss with my moderators about it, then i thought let it stay as i understand your interest in Names. I am only telling you my Rules & Regulations in here, they are not there for no rhymes or reasons. My terms & conditions are of validity & reasonable.
As for the nature of my business, you are not capable of doing anything. I been in Local New Age Scene since 80s, providing services & products since early 90s. This is part of my life, my craft, that is Witchcraft & this is what i do best! Why i am still here today obviously there are reasons behind it, starting or doing such business is not as easy, this is not just any normal businesses, it more than that. When someone seek my services, i am able to give them the result, answers, resolutions or assistance they seek. Likewise when someone use my product, i am able to produce the results they desired be it more or less.
As for all the free complimentary services, help/aid/answers i provide in here i do out of goodwill with no benefits at all, also no obligations at all. If there is a need for anyone to engage my services or buy my products, my pricelist is always available. I got overhead too, office premise & warehouse to upkeep & other miscelleanous expenses. My LOA in here is only a platform of awareness for all. I am running it at the expense of my free time which perhaps many of you in here do not understand. To some this is leisure or just to pass time, as for myself, i do not have much time for myself literally but i take extra effort to make here comfy for those who are interested in New Age, Metaphysics & Magick to come in to share with others. I need everyone co-operation to make this place better. At times, i feel whether this is worth my effort.
