hello! kaypoh me is here to share something from my own experience again.
I have not been sick for 6 years! Yup I have not needed to see the doctor save to get a checkup or when I injured myself during sports. No fevers, aches or pains for 6 yrs!
I sometimes wonder why I m so lucky to be mc-free for so long... thru ns and uni....
and I realise its becos I trust my body. Despite all my bad habits of drinking and smoking, my body has always taken good care of itself.

to digress... i remember the rurouni kenshin manga.... the main character's scar on the face never healed... becos of an unresolved matter from his past... when it was eventually resolved years later.. then the scar faded -

Externally happy not necessarily internally happy too. Anyway these are just signs & signals your body giving you. I do understand some people are suffering from Shoulder, Arms, Nerves Problems & Issues periodically despite seeking Medical Help/Advices, there are little improvement. I shall touch on how to counter these issues the Metaphysical ways & the possibilities of why they occur.
Shoulder Problem occurred due to carrying too much burdens.
Arm Problem occurred due to inability & lack of capacity to hold experiences of life.
Nerves Problem occurred due to unreceptiveness & poor communication with all around you.

Aches of any part of body ~ I love & approve myself. I AM loving & loveable.
Shoulder Problem ~ I AM strong to carry Joy.
Arm Problem ~ I lovingly hold & embrace my experiences, with ease & with joy.
Nerves Problem ~ I communicate with ease & with joy.
Say these Healing Affirmation verbally or in your heart every morning when you wake up & night before you retire to bed or as & when the problems are acting up on a Daily Basis. You will defintely see a positive improvement in your condition.

Each time i thought i am healing fine, i am actually not.
Though i appear fine, deep inside me, I still feel the hurt and pain, and just couldnt let go of some painful memories.
Any thing to wear/drink/eat??
