Indeed the use pf pen and paper have become a rarity these days.The use of SMS,MMS and internet based services are now so wide spread that it has become a norm.The world has become much smaller due to this but the distance between us and the people around us seems to have widen.Gone are the days when we would gave a call to loved ones just to hear their voices.In its place are text messages that carry neither feelings of concern or the warmth of love.Letters for once seem to have that personal touch.The process of using your energy to put your feelings and thoughts into words just makes it so magical.Add to that the anticipation of opening up a reply and seeing that person's handwriting is something staring at a screen cannot bring you.
I for one love writing and recieving letters.The personal touch.The Warmth.The feeling of paper in the hands.....the effort that was put in...it makes it all so special.... Just glad that no matter what the world is evolving into,there is always something known as snail mail.

Ha ha well said everyone. Its the personal touch that carries along with the writing of letter. I too used to write, but found that my hand writing ugle so type instead. Maybe next time can try sending love letters by mail its so classic yet romantic
