A question to those who practise witchcraft...

Do you have a moral duty to counsel anybody who approaches you and offers to pay you in exchange for casting a negative spell(hexing) on another person??

Well personally i don't cast spell for anyone unless its the matter of life & death or for one's greater good! Even if i do, Dark Spell is totally out of the questions. Usually, if i do get such a request, I would immediately reject it. I will try to give advices to the clients to my best knowledge to dissuade them from doing such stuff but provide a resolution to the issue to let it end amicably. In my years of practice & providing services to the public, to be frank i do get such requests from time to time. However if they are of such intent, i will immediately reject them. It don't matter how much is the price you willing to pay but a matter of is it worth it? Is there a need to do so? Monetary gains from such is called "Tainted Money" which will ultimately affect One's overall Prosperity & Well-being as they carries negative energies. Its not only a question of Morality but also of Ethic & Integrity! Why add on Negative Karma to our own life! The Dark Side Magickal People don't go there. Thanks for your post.

True Magick is neither "Good or Bad", "Good or Bad" is just between a thin veil & Whether for "Good or Bad", it only depend on Individual, a personal choice. You got to understand not all follow the Law of Karma neither everyone is a believer of it. How contradicting can it be, it all lies in the perspectives of individual perhaps.
The question you asking now is "direct", therefore you can probably get a more "direct" answer. So it cannot be use as a comparision just like asking "What are Marine Fishes?, "What is clown fish?", What degree of answer you seek perhaps lies in that!

Witches are like you and me.They are very much human too. There will be some who might stray from the path and willing to do anything for money but the truth is most will tell you that hexing is not good and ask you not to do it,but if you persist than there is nothing they can do.

It's like suddenly we have so many witches here all of a sudden discussing about moralistic issues of being a witch.The truth is who are you as a person.You do not need to be a witch to be bad and evil.People often dismiss the things they do not understand and come to their own conclusions about such matters.An action which is utterly wrong. What they fear deep down in their hearts because they don't understand it ,they label as bad...... the values and ways of thinking have not changed at all even thou we are now a modern society.

How can you tell the difference between a Good Witch and a Bad Witch?
A bad Witch does not do the research before their magick. Seriously, the difference between a good Witch and a bad Witch is much the same as it would be between a good person and a bad person. It is not the ability that is different, but the ethics and morals of the individual. Most Wiccans hold themselves to a very high standard of behavior, which includes respect for nature, for others and for ourselves. We have a saying -- "A witch is as good as their word." A failed witch will find their magick deserting them; and the consequences of their misdeeds will see that their evil actions bring them no joy, nor success, nor power. These poor souls (sometimes called oath-breakers) aren't really witches anymore -- they are failures.

I see. Demonology Class is definitely not available here.
Demons are Dark Entities, employing their aids in any workings is not advisable. Doing a spell does not need such Entities at all, perhaps you have many misconceptions about Witchcraft & Magick, curious, confused or simply seeking fun. Seriously, many are as locally is not so receptive to New Age, Metaphysics, Witchcraft & Magick, alot of misconceptions are there.
Since Ancient Times, Witchcraft is a taboo practice, Alot feared or shunned such practices. Its in Human Nature to fear the Unknown therefore many Misconceptions are bound to emerge.
Well if you are interested maybe you should have a look at >**< Ancient Art of Incantations,Candles & Magick!!!

Last time i was also like you, especially when the first harry potter movie came out.Everyone was rushing like mad to learn magic.
But then i read a book about a person and found out that God,ghost,angles.good magic,bad magic everything exist 100%.
I also found out the sprituality is much more powerful and important then magic.
