deja vu?

sometimes when i do something i find this scene very familiar as though i have seen this excat scene before. is this called deja vu?
what is the difference between deja vu and premonition?
is there anything i can do to strengthen this deja vu? when i see the excat scene i find that it is only that split second that i find familiar. i almost know what happens next but i cant just seem to focus to tell excatly what happens next. how do i "see" more than just that scene? -

I always had dreams set in Raffles City since young, but the architecture is slightly different but recognisable, it implies that this Raffles City in a parallel universe had been built differently.

But there's a method of 'travelling' to the quantum reality of your choice, called 'affirmation', made famous by Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert comics. He claims to have become one of the most successful comic artist through affirmation.
Do a Google for "Scott Adams" "affirmation" (with the inverted commas).
This method worked for me, whether you believe it or not, I won several local design awards through this method. -
i juz did a quick googled on it and it says to steer ur thoughts through other universes. how do u actually gain control to steer ur thoughts at that moment? usually for me it juz happens unconciously.

If you want to have control over what you 'see' from other quantum realities, there's this process my ex colleague described to me, called lucid (spelling?) dreams or something like that. You can only see and control what happens in another alternate universe, but you can't make it happen in your reality.
As for affirmations, the results are not immediate, so you'll never know if it's just luck or coincidence, I choose to believe it works -

Deja-vu is very common almost everyone will experience more or less of it through phases of their life as they are fragments or the scattered Memories from our past lives. Do not be alarmed, everything is fine unless Deva-vu visions becomes a daily thing & start to affect your daily lives like difficulty to fall asleep or rest well then it can be dangerous. It occurs randomly & unconciously, very individual depending on whether the link is strong as it varies.
Premonition is part of a form of Psychic Ability known as Precognition! This Gift is usually combine with other psychic abilities! This ability most people have it to some degree although a small population of people are more strongly inclined than others.
Precognition is the ability to sense, see, or hear things that may happen in the future. Usually combined with one of the other Gifts. Sometimes manifests in dreams that come true, visions, flashes, hunches, or just "knowing".

Hi all, i have been thinking about the topic for some time. My religion is a catholic and i believe in God. So what i am going to offer may be a bit on the religion side.
I M O , i feel that everyone does wrong sometime in his/her life. Then i am sure everyone has this feeling that he/she wishes that he could turn back time and wished he had taken another path/choice that wouldnt lead to his/her current mess in life.
In rare cases, i believe that God actually grant us that wish and bring us back to the past. The specific point of time where we have to make the choice that would either get us out of into the mess.
In the process, all memories of whatever happened have been erased completely from the person's memories.
As for those people who actually is able to recognise a particular scene ( deja vu) , i believe that they are the person whom God have intervene and helped reverse their life. The purposes of this "deja vu feeling" is to let the person know that they are in the same scenario as their past self and to warn them to make the right choice this time.
So the remaining of the world who is not affected by his decision would also be forced to live out that period of time once more.
This is my explaination. Thanks for reading it. -
