Well mostly are sold individually but they are also available in bracelet, pendant & even ring! Well the price varies depending on the grade, quality, design whether its an OLD or NEW bead. As I only deal with Authentic dZi ranging from NEW to OLD beads however they are only available in Medium to Top grade & quality in term of gemological value. I do not deal with Low grade & quality beads. Therefore my price range can be from around interm of hundreds to few grands for a nice piece. It depends on which dZi you are interested in, every dZi is individually priced. Well its best you have a budget in mind & i can recommend a few dZi which are suitable. Thanks for your interest.

The difference lies in the Material used & the Etchings. Mostly Fakes are made of Glass, Plastic & other synthetic materials & of coz they don't radiate much vibration at all. Even Real DZI beads there are grading whether its a NEW or OLD Bead, Low grade, Medium grade, High grade or Super grade, these Relics are just like precious stones. Slight difference can make vast difference in its value. Well its hard for a layman to see the difference but with a reliable source & if you are sensitive to energy, you can easily tell a difference between NEW & OLD Beads with the explanation of the owner.

how ever, u forgot to add smtng....
the pictures r usually carved or lasered in. there's no stone dat has such drawings on dem naturally.... the power of such beads usually depend on the stone used to make. most commonly found is red agate. the stone itself is powerful. however, in addition of the drawings, the bead itself is even more powerful. in olden days in Tibet, the Lamas use the beads as offerings to buddha. FYI, the beads can actually absorb the chants n such n it will self release when u r in trouble. this is wad they call bi xie dang zai. -

Well its not i forgot to add something but the something you meant is already in my initial posts. they are called "Etching",an ancient technique not by Laser perhaps you misunderstood, Laser, yes, its usually for fake as it more simple than "Etching" Technique, Natural symbol on it , Yes there is but its considered Rare as it consisted of Natural Agates lines. Yes Red Agates are common as many NEW beads are made of it again it depends on the Grade, Quality & Etching.
True indeed dZi bead can absorb the Vibration of Chants & emit these Good Vibrations all the time. Thanks for your reply, hope to see more of your post in here.

Well NEW & OLD Beads difference lies on the TIME the etching of dZi bead is done therefore also represent the AGE of the beads, NEW beads can be just made, or at least few decades or Hundreds of years ago where by OLD beads can be made around of 1000 - 3000 years ago & of coz some are wored by previous owners. In Tibet, its considered Holy Relic & some are Family Heirloom passed down Generation to Generations. Thanks for your interest!

I am afriad there is not much pictures of dZi beads as every single one is kinda different from the other in a way. Not much informations on it too as its not as common & commercialised to such an extent. Anyway i will have other kind of dZi Beads up in the thread soon.

Well i have quite a wide collection of dZi beads, personally i like 3 eyed dZi which i have many pieces. I also do have 9 eyed, Star & many other more. The ones i put up in here are also from my collection, i been collecting them since 1990.

I saw alot today at shopping mall.
they look like real one and very cheap, please be more careful when you not sure please consult first before buy them.

me here to thank you for selling me the two eye taiji Dzi beads cos my luck has been good ever since i got it.It was supposed to make my actions coincide with my thoughts so my dreams can come true.Seems like that has already happened in the short span of a few weeks.Me n my group enrolled in the Animania 2005 contest with our major project called "That 5 mintue Show" and today was the prize presentation and guess what our group won despite there being better pieces of works.First time i have won anything in years. so happy...thanx Oceanos!!!!! -
