Well to some, certain abilities may be a "Gift" but to others its may be a "Curse"! Ultimately "Control" comes in, the need to be able to manipulate & manoeuvre your abilities. For Example the "Gift Of Sight" can be a "Curse", When One see too much & do not know how to exercise control become affected by these sights, he or she may become severely paranoid , depressive or overly-sensitive. There is always Free-will just don't doubt it, when nothing is Manipulative at all Free-will will stand side by side with Will-power.
Deja-vu is very common almost everyone will experience more or less of it through phases of their life as they are fragments or the scattered Memories from our past lives. Do not be alarmed, everything is fine unless Deva-vu visions becomes a daily thing & start to affect your daily lives like difficulty to fall asleep or rest well then it can be dangerous. First Law of psychic energy:
All 'solid' objects are vibrating energy.
Unseen waves are also vibrating energy- sound, radio, electricity, light, television waves, microwaves, x-rays, gamma rays and psychic energy waves.
Second law of psychic energy:

Recently, i went Australia and got to know this Chinese health practitioner.
She has no formal medical education and certificates, heard she obtained
her knowledge by meditating with the medical books. She knows chiropractic and accupucture. She can read a person character and know your health. She will give health advise and other general advice. Also heard that in order to retain such gift of power, she constantly do charity work and provide free
service to nuns, sick children and poor people.
As ordinary person, i'm really amazed by this whole thing. -

hmm...i can know what other people are thinking in their minds and how they would react sometimes. I admit that it help me to chase girls easily.. But Im wondering is it a gift? Or perhaps psychology?

Its not exactly mental...such powers normally defies the rule of science. Because of that, I tend to consider them being spiritual. spiritual powers do not give you any form of enlightenment. You may posess them due to many reasons...for example, it could be that in your previous life, you were already a psychic or somebody practising meditation. i think oceanos gave a good explanation on the nature of such powers already.
whether its a matter of mental or spiritual everygy i believe will differ from person to person. especially since whats mental to you may be spiritual to another, and vice versa.

Telepathy? Psychic Abilities are Gifts from the Divine or Latent Abilities brought forward from Past Lives. Perhaps your perspective & use of that is of wrong intent if you do possess it!
Psychology is the studies of Mind with a set of rules & regulations whereby certain input will equate to output therefore all actions & effects are predictable. Psychic Abilities or Magickal Actions & Effects cannot be predicted neither anticipated, if they can be they are not. Thanks for your interest.

Hmm i sometimes experience precognitive sessions whereby I seem to know roughly what might happen next..
For instance I would think about someone who i haven met for some time and the next thing you know he/she is right in front of me...
The funny thing is i do it unvoluntarily then can get it.. if i purposely think of someone then it wont work ??
