At the work place, we are usually surrounded by YES-men.
But many a times, i cannot help but to say NO
Just refuse to do tonnes of needless work just to please the
brainless boss

but if im relli too tied up, i will let him know......
postpone the deadline or delegate to someone else -
I say no once and the next day.......
I kena many data entry types of "urgent" work.......

I said no when it is too much for me to handle or when I have other commitments.
Once my director came n arrow me n I said no.
She is stunned for a moment. The look on her face is "priceless"
