I like the sunset photo
spent 4K+
yes the power of nature and its beauty
that was a sunrise anyway hehehe.... thanks....
indeed its very nice and peaceful, a country of only 4 million people in 2 big islands and the south island only has 1 mil people, we crammed 5 mil people into this tiny island here haha
i will upload the rest when I have the time haha
4k plus so cheap for a 2 week stay there? free and easy eh or package tours?
We went on a driving tour. Air ticket is 1200 on SQ for 2 to go promotion, then we rent the car is 10yr old toyota corolla with GPS and tyre and windscreen insurance is only 500 bucks for 13 days, share by 3 person is like only 160 per pax haha.... then accomodation is pretty reasonable, can get good places from around 100 - 130 per nite. As south island not much shopping, the rest of our money went to food and activities like cruises, adventure stuff like Flying foxes etc..
DAY 3 - Duntroon, Dunedin, Otago Penisula
will be posting day 4 tonight~~~
DAY 4 - Te Anau - Milford Sound
gasband, did you get a chance to go up Mount Cook?
Love touring NZ, it is a mini Europe.
Hey, nope i did not. I only went up to Fox Glacier. The whole South Island is like a haven to escape from full-of-humans Singapore. haha... heavenly
wow nice & beautiful country
its indeed one of the best countries I have been. Of cos I have not been to many, but by far the nicest I have seen.

I went up Mount Cook right after lunch. The journey in the helicopter was a terrible one for me. It was a real eye opener up there in Mount Cook.
Love the south island. it is really like heaven. Even can made me forgot about my sickness when I was there.
gasband, did u go Queenstown?
