coz itis a car accident....
and it doesnt state what u cant do in the car...
If u can sue the Van for damage, u can oso sue the van for personal injuries.
but then again.... the van might just decided to let the boss wife know... if she ish still in the dark... but kinda hard not to let ur wife find out ur penis just got severed off.... even hard to come up with one real good excuse.... if bill (clinton) cant, i doubt most men can...

Car insurance probably will only cover car damage.
The 'permanent body damage' will have to be covered by suing the van driver.
