Auditory Effect on Live And Loaded

Hi guys and girls,
My band, The Auditory Effect will be playing on Channel 5's Live And Loaded program which features local bands and music talents. We will be playing on Episode 9 which features great bands like Tiramisu, DJ INQUISITIVE with DHARNI!, Soul Excess, Fake Eyelash and my personal favourites Tokyo Square and Stoned Revivals!
The recording will be done in Mediacorp Studios on 24th Mar, Tuesday but the TV telecast will be on 2 April, 11PM on Channel 5
We will be playing one of the our songs and you can catch us in 3 ways:
1. Get tickets and come and watch us. The tickets are free but it is limited as of now. You can let me know if you can interested to come down and I will try to see any more tickets left. You would need to be there around 730PM. (Most tickets given out liao)
2. Log onto http://livenloaded.mediacorptv.sg/loadedtv.htm on 24th March at 815PM onwards till 945PM where the recording will be WEBCASTED live!
3. Catch us on TV on Channel 5 on 2 April 2009, 11PM onwards.
We hope you will show your support for everything local, not just us but for the other acts as well!

Thanks we need all the support we can get. As of now, we do not know whether the show is getting a 2nd season.
The show started off as a "LIVE" program every Tuesday 830PM and after the 1st 3 episodes, because of the commerical reasons, was moved to the 11PM slot on Thursday and become a recorded program instead though it was recorded Live in the studios.
It would be sad if there are no 2nd season, because despite some not so good bands as people had claimed to see, there are really very good bands who came onto the show. Thus, we really need all the support for people to log in, to watch Channel 5 so that the ratings justify the existence.

I think alot of us have asked LNL to do that but the feedback is that getting such a show on national TV is already a breakthru, so for now, certain boundaries are still not ready to be pushed right now. I think we can hope to see the days of Impiety, Rudra on national tv one day

i think its an achievement even to get death metal bands on local tele,let alone black metal bands like impiety.oh well,we will have to wait and see.and lmac isnt bringing in decent bands either.

bands..Kaoz thanks for your honest feedback huh! Ok lah....i cannot make everyone like our music, cos we not pro like you haha! Ya i ask people to support local but actually i prefer Pussycat Dolls.

not bad, the band sounds tight (from the player in the myspace page)
unlike 90% of the bands on that show.

haha kopi, Thai bands are on the rise too! Now they are breaking out of thailand liao into SEA. I used to watch a few of them when I used to go BKK often but now never liao....

I rushed home after my OT .. then I couldn't get that stupid webcast to work properly. kept saying I needed the plugin when I have already installed. Anyway when I managed to get it up properly, you guys came on stage!! Just in time ...
