i work as Customer Service so nong, also nv hear b4 that CS MUST give cust hp number.. and now the management here lagi funny... all employees are compulsory to give their HOME NUMBER in case customer cannot find us via hp....
any one hear such thing b4???

i give my hp to customers but not home number. I claim hp bill de lor. every month $80 balance will be under my own pocket. My Bill every month $100 so i pay only $20

depends on what type of customer service bah. got some is like must give but comp sponsor. normally these are those urgent type de, but more for tech support cum CS
or else is sales lor.
