  any using this service by StarHub?

  Well...i am ...and i am very pissed with the service...

  almost once everyweek, my line will be disconnected...

  and whenever i called the customer service hotline, i will have to wait for at least 5-10 mins before someone talks to me over the phone

  have been using it for more than 1 year already ..

  quite okay leh ..

  really?

  i have been giving the customer service pple a very very hard time since xmas...

  everyweek...it will happen everyweek...when i cant call out nor receive incoming calls...

  i got friends using it too .. no problems also ..

  only once I can't call out, i called them, they told me to shut it off .. then switch on again then it works ..

  have been doing that everytime my phone line was cut off...
