it never changes, steamboat at home .... getting a bit boring ....

my mum is a bit tired from cooking, so planned to eat out...and on the actual night...just steamboat

me calling for catering and on top will make one or two side dish like shark fin soup and stew seacumber+ fa cai + mushroom.
My family sian of eating streamboat every yr so this yr change to catering.

The food will come in clay pot and microwave container so i can heat it up before my guest arrival

last year I cook 3 dishes,
Coffee Ribs, Jade Chicken and Oats Clayfish.
This year still dun know leh.

coffe ribs = ribs or pork loins marinated with coffee powder before stirred fried in coffee and cream sauce.
Jade Chicken = brocolli and steam chicken with ham
oats clayfish = ...well oats and clayfish, very much like oats prawns but you use deshelled clayfish instead.

is cheaper than i go to the resturant to have reunion dinner average dine out at resturant for 8 person is about 300++ now i only pay $268 for 8 courses and can watch tv while eating.. why not?
