i coordinate special projects within the company....
but no snr mgmt lends me their support on these projects, even my boss...

That's just so poor.... when you don't do well and they put the blame on you....

tis normal....and tis almost the same anywhere in singapore...
tis easier to finger point at someone then to admit that u are in wrong.
i will still hang on for a while...cos i am looking forward to the possible training next year, if i am still with the company and not receieved the pink letter.
the training if i would to take it outside would cost up to $7k...
