poor thing. Just make sure you keep yourself hydrated like drinking 100plus.
my hubby had very severe food poisoning last time he visited Singapore and ended in NUH to have drips.

Mine's not severe food poisoning. I don't feel a need to drink 100plus yet..

Just drink plenty of fluid especially if you have the "run" and puke. Stay away from fruits and dairy. Only have very bland food if you can consume any.....
