they are renovating the place..so it will be able to fetch a higher and better in the market...

I also kena already since last year liaw ar. My year end profit cuts all.. reduced substantially, mine mostly used to cover those below to retain them. Small business already like this, dun say big companies ar..
Puts more pressure on performance. Which i think in a way is agood thing ? its like filtering the redundant ineffecient people off. But also depends how merit based the company is ? Imagine if not , its all about connection, then can become quite tiam also.

3rd time leh...
first was the financial crisis....i just graduated...
can u imagine....i spent one whole day....gone to the job agency at the highest floor of International Plaza...then went from one another ...one level by one level...till i covered all the agencies...
2nd time was after 911....i went to the industry that was hit the most....and what was promised to me during the interview did not materialised...
now...just when i am doing fine in my current job...came this recession...
