IMO, alot of things aren't necessary one.. they want to add on to ur workload nde after that qns u "eh, y the previous one not done? very difficult meh?" or "how come this one take so long?" -

she's not asking me to do..
she's doing it herself..
but in the process of doing.. she'll keep making calls to you to ask 1 question.. next minute she'll ask u to go in and ask u another question.. then after a while, ask u again how come its like that.. next minute then "complain" abt something..

1. Value-Adding Activities
2. Value-Enabling Activities
3. Non-Value-Adding Activities
2 and 3 are actually waste...but 2 is a neceesary waste...for covering backside

cos we changing system from AS400 to SAP, and gg "live" in dec.so last few days of nov, not allowed to use any systems lor.. many are forced to take leave lor.. those no leave one will kena deduct pay for that 2-3 days lor...
