I think if guilty must pay "compensation" to the person for "trauma" caused

actually its more of the hassle and getting a record... compensation is usually better when u have a strong case and settle out of courts..

I think must have proof that it is the person who emailed it first ba otherwise judge oso cannot give verdict unless there is proof dat the person is guilty. Consulting a lawyer or even a legal aide would be better as they will have experiences with such scenarios.

i guess if someone was married (hence adulterous ) in the peek then mabbe can consider other charges besides slandering.
and i guess it depends on the peek itself... whether they were in a compromising ... situation.
