anyway, ah blue, i ask u hor, if HR say "temp not entitled" den u realise some other temp was entitled to smtng that "temps not entitled" den someone write to u ask u way, den HR again say "temp not entitled" den u ask HR y they have u dun have, den HR reply say "we go by headcount, not by temp or no temp"
is the HR slapping herself?

Of coz la.. temps are temps what.. if they got headcount, then the ppl will be perm instead of temp liao..

the other day i chatted with a woman who worked here for 14 yrs..
she say most ppl work here not cos the work load is easy. they work here is almost like "do ntng and get paid" and this coy really pays alot de lor...

oh and also according to the woman who worked here for 14 yrs, there's a saving scheme for us lei.. it works like a FD...
like every mth for 6 mths, u put in SGD200, the coy gives u interest of min 4%. den 6 mths later, u can choose to take out the money for continue to put in the coy, but u cannot touch the money within the 6mths of savings lor. den after some time (i dunno when) the interest will slowly increase lor... now she's getting an interest of 40% per mth.
