Heart burn? Due to high fat content in luncheon meat, it is harder to digest.
Beside, once u know what goes into the making of it, u will stop eating them. Ever chew on something white and hard like soft bone when eating them? That is because they dump all part of the pig into making them. This include the ears, tail and basiscally all those part that no one want. On top of that, the salt content is really high to musk the taste or smell of it. Some even add colouring to make it look more pink like meat colour.

like any other fast/junk food, just dun eat them too often....
