  if still hurt, try relaxing ur back muscle by placing pillow under ur calf, raising ur knee and ankle till they parallel to bed when u sleep. This shd straighten ur back and help ease the pain and recover faster.

  under calf? hmm.. no idea how but i'll try to figure it out..

  maybe i should practice some yoga moves for the back when i go home later...
