actually i always wondered... issit worth it to stay in a job that just makes u pissed off, work long hours but u get promoted (meaning manager level and above potentially) and get a more-than-decent salary??

im waiting to get that increment or promotion...
so that i can use that as a basis to ask for a better remueration package at my next job...

i think i have made the wrong decision....i was told before how awful the management is, i thot i could handle them...
i admit i underestimated them...i was too naive that one or two were friendly allies...they were not...they are all farking hypocrite
on the surface, they pretended to be singing the same tune with me, supporting me just to win favour from the previos boss...once the previous boss was sacked...all of them walked away from me.
one evern came to me and told me " we din support that program all at..."
another told me "i dun have time nor resources for your project..."
the third told me " mos, may i suggest that you do this ...do that.....as for your proposal on that program, you got to take it up yourself..."
