duno why, for some reason they got alot of eye candy showing up for interview, but it is always the non-local that got the job and mostly employ men. Still dun quite understand that. What is the max ratio of non-local to local a company can have huh? 63% local to 35% FT?

But then again they are all newly wed.
Rem one of them saying something abt eye candy distracting others and office politic. Coz u see, now the local and non local hardly mix ard during lunch. So dun think there is any office politic.

same here lah... I.T. where got ger de lah. Even the sale rep are guys mostly.
talking abt china scam, it has been 2 week since i gotten one liao. Kinda miss them liao. Used have so much fun chatting with them.
oh the turn over also scary sia, every month sure got ppl quit one. Just heard news that 2 more sale rep quiting.
Both ger, and one of them a passable candy that drove a mez! -

not only sales, lots of local programmers & IT support also jump ship after gotten their bonus. Think it is the amount they pay and the top dun seem to reward the employee well.
Toward the end of last year, boss tell everyone that we doing good, etc and when year end come, only 1 month bonus no AWS somemore. U say leh? Ask those elder here (stayed more then 4yrs)... they say lucky liao coz this company 2nd time giving bonus in 7yrs. !!
