my company is going for shared service and outsourcing.
strange when the market trend these days already has reverted back to insourcing, my company is going for outsourcing.

high-earners? not a chance.
the most ironical thing is that, even if those high earners are 'retrenched', and of cos they got their big juicy payout, you will bound to find them back somewhere in the network 6-9 months down the road.
then, one must ask...isn't my company shooting itself in the foot....

mos.. its not your decision and you won't be asked to handle retrenchment, so just hide in your office when it happens IF you're still around then, or take leave during that period...

the office politic here is hidden under the desk, unlike where ah blue works, the politics are visible.
i rather take politics head on, then to be out in the open when anyone or even everyone can stab u from behind
