there will be a massive exercise in march..
targets are many pple who have worked many many years in the company, they are those that are 50+..
i feel very sad for them...
I always believe, its good to keep the experienced ppl in the organisation. they are always the people there to assist in times of need.
Hope the company retain them.....

the chances are slim.
my company is going for shared service and outsourcing.
strange when the market trend these days already has reverted back to insourcing, my company is going for outsourcing.

me pray hard for them.
its not easy to get a job at 50+, even with a outstanding resume, most companies will still prefer younger options.
maybe its a good thing for some, as they have the chance to finally rest and enjoy the later stages of life.
halo da jia....
im back. now home lei... sian...
MC till 12 feb...

yah, after i knew of the exercise, when i look at them, i felt very sorry for them. many of them still are unaware of this coming their way.
high-earners? not a chance.
the most ironical thing is that, even if those high earners are 'retrenched', and of cos they got their big juicy payout, you will bound to find them back somewhere in the network 6-9 months down the road.
then, one must ask...isn't my company shooting itself in the foot....

mos.. its not your decision and you won't be asked to handle retrenchment, so just hide in your office when it happens IF you're still around then, or take leave during that period...
No choice.. these sort of things do happen unfortunately.. haizzz

yah, tis most common in my company
the office politic here is hidden under the desk, unlike where ah blue works, the politics are visible.
i rather take politics head on, then to be out in the open when anyone or even everyone can stab u from behind

i just hope she is not one of those...i hope no one would be fired
